Shipping options and cost

You can choose from the following options. Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed after order confirmation.

  • Free Standard: Delivery will be made in 4 working days after placing your order
  • Express: Delivery will be made in 2 working days after placing your order - Additional cost of € 15
  • Gift wrapping: It is an optional service, and free, that you must inform in the form
  • Track your order:You will be sent several informative emails during the delivery process of your order to keep you informed of the different phases. You can also track your order through your personal account
  • Delivery time:Please note that for certain zip codes shipping may take longer than stipulated.

How to make an exchange or a return

  • Products purchased online can be returned within 30 calendar days.
  • Products can be returned in two ways: by phone and online.
    • By phone
      1. Register your return

        Call Customer Service at 34 685 37 41 17 to activate the prepaid return label included in your package.

      2. Prepare your package

        Place your product in its original packaging and box.

      3. Attach the return label to the package

        Cover the original address with the return label included in your package. Make sure the package is well sealed with the adhesive tape already attached inside the box.

      4. Deliver your package to the TIPSA carrier (in case of pick-up service)

        In the case of a collection service, TIPSA will collect the package on the agreed date and place.

    • On-line

      1. Register your return

        You can register and activate the prepaid return label included in your package by logging into your account

      2. Prepare your package

        Place your product in its original packaging and box.

      3. Attach the return label to the package

        Cover the original address with the return label included in your package. Make sure the package is well sealed with the adhesive tape already attached inside the box.

      4. Deliver your package to the TIPSA carrier

        Leave your package at any TIPSA store or collection point

  • The refund will be made in the same means of payment used in the purchase (transfer or card) within a period of 15 days. Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Please note that in the case of payment by bank transfer, the refund could take a few more days. For its processing, proof of payment will be required, as well as a document of ownership of the account in the name of the client.
  • You can only return or exchange products in perfect condition, never used and in original condition. The delivery of the original purchase receipt is always mandatory.

Exchange policy

  • Products with an original invoice, not used and in perfect condition, can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of online purchase.
  • It is not possible to make a change through the TIPSA collection service. For this, a return and a new purchase must be made.

Payment can be made by Visa debit or credit card, and MasterCard, or through bank transfer, by contacting our customer service.

Care and cleaning of products

  1. Gently brush your shoes to remove accumulated dirt and dust.
  2. With a damp cloth, gently rub the stains.
  3. Let them dry in the open air, without sun and without heat
  4. From time to time and occasionally you can apply colorless cream on the skin, to keep it hydrated, shine and increase the durability of the shoe.
